讲师，法学博士。江苏南京人，西南政法大学诉讼法学博士（2018年），师从孙长永教授，研究方向为刑事诉讼法、证据法。中国政法大学证据科学研究院在站博士后，合作导师为张保生教授。近期关注国际刑事司法准则的国内法影响、刑事一体化视角下证据与证明问题、证据法与心理学交叉研究、刑事法律援助专业化等领域。主要教授《刑事诉讼法》《证据法》等课程。

一、教育经历

2008年9月至2012年6月，西南政法大学民商法学院，获法学学士学位。

2012年9月至2015年6月，西南政法大学法学院，获诉讼法学硕士学位。

2015年9月至2018年12月，西南政法大学法学院，获诉讼法学博士学位。

2016年8月至2017年8月，美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学法学院，留学基金委联合培养。

二、工作经历

2019年2月起，南京审计大学法学院，讲师。

2021年2月至8月，南京江北新区人民检察院第一检察部，主任助理（挂职）。
