胡智强，法学博士，教授，中共党员。2006年，毕业于重庆大学法学专业，经济法学博士，研究方向为经济法和审计法。

先后曾担任《经济法》、《商法》、《审计法》、《证券法》等课程的教学工作。《复合创新，强化实践——特色法律人才培养模式的新突破》荣获2013年江苏省教学成果奖（高等教育类）一等奖。《经济法概论》荣获2013年江苏省高等学校一类优秀多媒体教学课件奖项。

在《法律科学》、《现代法学》、《法学》等国内权威核心期刊发表专业学术论文多篇。主持教育部课题1项，参与省部级、市厅级课题多项和中华人民共和国国家审计准则立法工作。江苏省重点建设学科“法学理论”方向带头人。江苏省新增硕士学位授权立项建设单位一级学科支撑学科“公司法律规制”方向带头人。教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家。江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖评审专家。江苏省镇江中级人民法院咨询专家。 

Hu Zhiqiang, doctor of law, professor, graduated from Chongqing University in law major and became doctor of economic law, conducting research on economic law and audit law.

He has shouldered the teaching work of Economic Law, Business Law, Audit Law, Securities Act and other courses. The program Composite innovation, strengthening practice-a new breakthrough in the training mode of characteristic legal talents won the first prize of 2013 Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education). Introduction to Economic Law was awarded the 2013 excellent multimedia courseware award in higher education of Jiangsu Province.

In several domestic authoritative core journals such as Science of Law, Modern Law, Law, he published academic papers. He once presided over a project of the Ministry of Education and participated in some of provincial and municipal level, as well as the legislative work of the National Auditing Standards of People’s Republic of China. He was honored with titles such as pacesetter in Juristic Theory, the key discipline of Jiangsu Province, and pacesetter in Company Legal Regulation, the support subject of the new master's degree authorization project construction unit of first class disciplines of Jiangsu Province. He is an assessment expert of China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center and Jiangsu provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Award for outstanding achievement, also an expert consultant in Zhenjiang Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province.
