王艳丽，法学博士、教授，江苏省“青蓝工程”青年骨干教师，中共党员。2008年毕业于南京大学经济法专业，获法学博士学位，研究方向为部门经济法。

先后曾担任《合同法》、《民法专题研究》、《经济法》等课程的教学，2012年获校长奖教金，2014年获江苏高校青年教师授课竞赛二等奖，多次获得学校教学质量奖。

在《法学》、《学海》、《审计与经济研究》等国内重要核心期刊上发表论文二十余篇。主持教育部课题1项，参与省部级以上课题多项。担任“十二五”重点培育学科”市场运行法律规制“二级学科带头人。
