卢小毛，男，汉族，中共党员，江苏溧阳人。1984年7月毕业于西南政法学院法律系。南京审计大学法学院副教授、律师、仲裁员。

研究领域：刑事法律。教学课程：刑法总论、刑法分论、经济犯罪调查、律师实务、法学通论等。

在各类刊物发表论文10余篇，出版著作2部。

曾获江苏省司法行政系统先进个人、司法部全国优秀教师等称号；南京审计学院第一届校长奖教金；指导的毕业论文获省级优秀论文三等奖；优秀教学质量奖；学校教学成果二等奖；多次获“我最喜爱的老师”称号等。
